Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All veils are handcrafted to order and are therefore not eligible for refunds.
We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Custom, bespoke, and personalized veils are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a workmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thewhiteveilbridal.com so we can assist you.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom and bespoke veil projects.
Because these pieces are designed and handcrafted specifically for one bride, all custom and bespoke orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
The remaining balance is due within 7 days of notification that the veil is complete and ready for shipment.
